Consumer Trial Terms & Privacy

1. Purpose of Trial

This is a non-medical consumer trial for research, marketing, and product development purposes only. Products provided are cosmetic in nature and not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.

2. Eligibility

  • Must be 18 years or older.

  • Must complete the screening questionnaire truthfully.

  • Acceptance is at our sole discretion.

  • We may remove any participant from the trial at any time, for any reason.

3. Voluntary Participation

Participation is voluntary. You may withdraw at any time by contacting us, but data already provided will remain part of our records.

4. Trial Product

  • Provided free of charge for trial purposes.

  • Not for resale or distribution.

  • Use according to instructions provided.

  • Discontinue use if irritation or adverse reaction occurs.

5. Data, Photos & Feedback

By participating, you agree:

  • To provide honest feedback.

  • That all written feedback, survey responses, and non-identifying materials you submit become our property and may be used for research, product development, and marketing purposes without further notice or compensation.

  • Photo requirement: You must submit two photos of hair fall on a comb — one on Day 1 and one on your final trial day — to complete participation.

  • No photos of your face are required.

  • If you provide hair comb photos, they may be used for marketing and research purposes unless you explicitly opt out in writing.

6. Privacy

  • We collect your contact details, trial responses, required comb photos, and any other materials you submit.

  • We may share, sell, or license both aggregated and non-identifying individual data with third parties, including advertisers, researchers, and commercial partners.

  • Your contact information will be used to communicate with you about the trial, collect feedback, and share relevant offers or updates.

  • By participating, you consent to the storage, transfer, and processing of your data in any country.

  • Data may be retained indefinitely.
